Admission Requirements – Agribusiness Management

PUTME

Five O/level Credit passes obtained in GCE ordinary level, SSCE, or NECO in not more than two sittings to include: English Language, Mathematics, Economics, Biology (or Agriculture) and any other one subject from:

(i) Government/History

(ii) Principles of Account

(iii) Christian Religious Knowledge

(iv) Geography

The combination of two  results of GCE O’level, SSCE, and  NECO is accepted provided it gives a candidate  at least five subjects

DIRECT ENTRY

(1) In addition to UTME requirements, GCE A/L passes or its equivalent in Economics and at least one of the following:

(i) Business Management.

(ii) Accounting

(iii) Mathematics

(iv) Government

(v) Geography

(2) OND with minimum of Upper Credit in Business Administration, Marketing, Agribusiness & Mgt., Accounting or related discipline

UTME SUBJECTS

English, Mathematics, Economics and any other subject from Government, Principles of Account, Christian Religious Knowledge, and Geography

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

1. All Agribusiness and Management students are required to fully abide by all the regulations/ guidelines of the university as contained in student information book, including guidelines on the conduct of examinations, course registration, grading and scoring system, condition for graduation and student’ discipline.
2. The Department currently has a good working relationship with Galilee International Management Institute Iseal, Southern Connecticut State University USA, ACU-AAS Circle Programme etc.
